- "Participant" refers to any individual registered for or attending our seminars.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our services. By registering for our seminars, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Organizations may register employees or representatives for training, provided the registering party has authority to bind participants to these Terms.
4. Seminar Registration and Enrollment
4.1 Registration Process
Registration for seminars may be completed through our website or by contacting us directly. Registration is subject to availability and acceptance by cataloqse. We reserve the right to decline any registration at our discretion.
4.2 Registration Confirmation
Upon successful registration, you will receive confirmation via email. This confirmation includes seminar details, payment information, and any necessary preparatory materials. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.
4.3 Changes to Scheduled Seminars
We reserve the right to modify seminar dates, times, locations, or instructors due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify registered participants of any changes as soon as reasonably possible and offer alternative dates or full refunds when significant changes occur.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Fees and Pricing
Seminar fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include all training materials, refreshments during sessions, and completion documentation. Prices are subject to change, but registered participants pay the rate in effect at the time of registration.
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment via bank transfer, corporate purchase orders, or other methods as agreed upon registration. Full payment is required before seminar commencement unless alternative arrangements have been made.
5.3 Invoicing
Upon registration, we will provide an invoice for the seminar fee. Organizations requiring specific invoicing formats should communicate requirements during registration.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1 Participant Cancellation
- More than 14 days before seminar: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- 7-14 days before seminar: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before seminar: No refund, but registration may be transferred to another participant or future seminar
6.2 cataloqse Cancellation
If we cancel a seminar, participants receive full refunds of all paid fees. We are not responsible for any indirect costs participants may have incurred, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
6.3 Substitution
Organizations may substitute participants at no charge up to 48 hours before seminar commencement by notifying us in writing.
7. Participant Responsibilities
7.1 Professional Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout seminars, including respect for instructors and fellow participants. We reserve the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive behavior without refund.
7.2 Attendance
Completion documentation is provided only to participants who attend all seminar sessions. Partial attendance may be accommodated in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
7.3 Confidentiality
Participants must respect the confidentiality of information shared by other participants during seminars. Organizational details and specific implementation examples discussed in training should not be disclosed without permission.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 Our Content
All seminar materials, website content, training methodologies, and resources are owned by cataloqse or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Participants receive a limited, personal license to use materials for their professional development.
8.2 Permitted Use
Participants may use seminar materials for internal organizational purposes and personal professional development. Materials may not be reproduced for commercial purposes, distributed to others, or used to provide competing training services without written permission.
8.3 Feedback and Suggestions
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about our services become our property. We may use such input to improve our seminars without compensation or attribution.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations
9.1 Service Provision
Our seminars are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for high-quality training, we make no warranties regarding specific outcomes or results from participation. Professional development results depend on many factors, including individual implementation efforts.
9.2 Professional Advice
Our training provides general information about documentation management principles and practices. It does not constitute legal, financial, or other professional advice. Participants should consult appropriate professionals regarding specific organizational situations.
9.3 Third-Party Content
We may reference or link to third-party resources during training. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of such resources.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, cataloqse's total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the participant for the specific seminar giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory upon which liability is based.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless cataloqse, our instructors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services or materials.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or our services.
